We need a Production Manager to join their team!
You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.
Operation Monday – Friday, ideal candidate must be open to working varied hours.
Has supervision of 12 – 25 depending on seasonality of business.
5 – 8 years’ experience in similar role.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams.
Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
Place production orders from customers
Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Must have hard good printing experience.
Experience within digital printing, screen printing, pad printing, dye sublimation, or wide format / large format printers
You will be responsible for a variety of production equipment including:
Mimaki JV33
EPSON F6370
Mimaki CG160-FX II cutting plotters
Hix Dryers
Single color screen press, Inkcups Helix, Inkcups x360, Inkcups MagiCoat,
Epilog Fusion lasers etching
“Safety” experience a big plus
Demonstrates empathy; is fair and consistent.
Has a strong analytical skill set.
Self-starter
Detail oriented
